president silaanyo participated in an opening ceremony of the new headquarter of ministry of  youth,sports& tourist

In a speech delivered by his excellency the president on the occasion of the ceremony, he reiterated his commitment on free education of youth at primary schools, affordable health services and creation of jobs. He pledged 100,000 dollar offer to Somaliland youth fund. The president also encourages the youth to work relentlessly on their nation , families and on themselves. He call for all Somaliland youth to adhere for their good culture , tradition and their religion and avoid bad habits.
